Kaspars Brencans was born in the heart of Riga, Latvia—a small country of just 1.9 million people, but one that instills grit in those who call it home. By the time he was 15, Kaspars packed his bags and moved from Latvia to Florida to attend a military high school called Florida Air Academy. It was a big leap—new country, new language, new everything—but it shaped a lot of who he is today.
It was there that Kaspars absorbed the values of discipline, structure, and accountability—lessons the military instills in everyone who walks its halls. But it was basketball that taught him relentless work ethic, teamwork, and how to earn every win.
After graduation, Kaspars earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Findlay—one of the top NCAA Division II basketball programs in the nation—where he balanced varsity-level athletics with a major in entrepreneurship.
His hunger for personal growth eventually led him to transfer to a university located in a neighboring city of Chicago, Purdue University Calumet in Hammond, IN, where he not only continued his business education but also led the men's basketball team through one of its most successful seasons in school history.
Kaspars has always been driven to succeed. While completing his MBA with a specialization in Management Information Systems—in just three semesters—he began quietly sharpening his entrepreneurial edge. During this time he also held a Academic Support Graduate Aide position, which allowed him to educate current athletes to be more successful at school while performing their best on the court!
Between workouts, exams, and late-night group studies, he started managing Google Ads for a few clients. A side hustle at first, but it would become the start of something bigger.
Two years later, using the little savings he had, Kaspars acquired BestPPC Marketing and planted his roots in Chicago. From day one, his mission was clear: help B2C businesses scale through strategic, data-driven digital marketing that actually moves the needle. And he’s done just that.
